What floor is the apartment on?

Hello. We want to book the quadruple room. But it says you have an external bathroom. What does that mean? Also Is it a shared bathroom ?
dear Client, the quadruple has an PRIVATE and external bathroom - outside the Quadruple - This bathroom is new and very comfortable but it is located outside the room NOT INSIDE. THE BATHROOM IS ONLY AND EXCLUSIVLY OF THE ROOM- nobody can use it.
How many stairs we need to climb to get to your apartment
